Problem Diagnostic

• Evaluate computer and perform diagnostic tests to determine the problem or problems.
• This service does NOT repair any problems, it is for informational purposes only.

Complete Computer Repair and Cleaning

• Complete computer evaluation. We will diagnose your particular problem as well as check for other problems that may be contributing to your computer slowdown/malfunction. This includes checking for spyware/adware/viruses.
• Repair the problems that are found.*
• Computer hardware upgrade evaluation. This will tell you if a few dollars spent on some internal components could increase the performance of your computer.
• Clean the inside of your computer. Have you ever looked inside your computer case? It can be quite nasty in there, especially if you have pets. Dust and pet hair accumulates on all of the internal components, causing heat to build up and potentially damaging your computer. We'll clean it out for you.
• Install all software/operating system updates. This will bring your computer up to date and provide a safer, more secure system.
